SEARCH MARKETING SPECIALIST (Shanghai)
Sinotraffic.com, a division of Sinovantage International, is one of the fastest growing search marketing agencies in mainland China, serving a clientele of both local and foreign small and medium size companies. We provide search engine optimization, PPC management (Google, Baidu), link building and more.
In order to meet with the growing demand for our services, we are looking for a serch marketing specialist to join our team in Shanghai.
Key responsibilities
-Develop and and coordinate a SEO strategy for our own internal sites (websites of Sinovantage International businesses)
-Reply to incoming inquiries for our seo and pay per click management services.
-Set up marketing meetings with prospects either on Skype or at our office for local clients.
-Coordinate the communication between local staff, our outsourced link building partners, and other stakeholders.
-Handle complete search marketing projects from contract signature to monthly reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
-At least two years of experience in internet marketing, search or related industries.
-Strong familiarity with web analytics tools including Google Analytics.
-Interest in search engines, online marketing, and internet in general in China
-Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
-Experience in managing teams and working with international clients
-Excellent English skills, written and spoken, basic Chinese knowledge would be a plus
We offer an unique salary structure. On top of the guaranteed salary, we offer a high percentage on the profits generated on projects handled by our search marketing specialists. Therefore the selected applicant will effectively run his own profit center within the company.

VIRTUAL SEO/SEM ASSISTANTS (Filipino or Chinese)
In order to cope with the fast growth of our internet marketing business in China and Hong Kong, we are looking for virtual assistants in China and abroad who can assist in the completion of our projects or even manage new projects of their own.
Virtual assistants are required to have a deep knowledge in the following areas:
-Organic search engine optimization, keyword research, meta tags modifications, keyword density optimization etc.
-Content Re-writing/SEO Copywriting
-Link Building/Directory Submission
-Forum posting and promotion
-Blogging (optional)
-Social bookmarking, web 2.0 etc.
Our clients are mostly small and medium size enterprises in Europe, North America, as well as foreign companies or export-oriented companies in mainland China. Assistants will be communicating directly with those clients as being our employees.
This position is suitable for freelancers or professionals who work from home or on a part-time basis with other companies. We require our virtual assistants to be able to allocate at least three hours each days to work on our projects. English is our language of communication so a good command of this language, both in writing and speaking, is required.
Priority will be given to candidates based in China and the Philippines. Virtual assistants should be able to demonstrate a proven track record, accept to abide by our high ethical standards and protect the confidentiality of our clients. E-mail and instant messenging (MSN, Skype) will be the usual means of communications.
Salaries will be paid either by Paypal (every two weeks) or by wire transfer/money order (once a month).
